As outlined in the Book of Beta Sigma Phi, cultural programs shall be held at every meeting for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Upon the discretion of the chapter, the program may be shortened to allow for other activities to take place during the meeting. If you are scheduled to give the cultural program during one of these meetings, you may want to discuss the time you should speak with the Program Committee chairperson.
At the end of the sorority year, the program with the highest amount of points will be awarded Program of the Year.
